p.s. On top of all of that, I also write my own tunes.
Basically, I've been singing since age 4 and I grew up listening to R&B really. You know, those really cheesy 80s ballads no one wants to admit (and at one point I was ashamed to say this) they enjoyed it at one point in time. At the very least, it gave me really good practice for voice range and general enjoyment singing bluesy songs. I competed until grade 5 just for being ballsy and the price money wasn't bad either. Embarassed

Then at 16, I started to play the guitar; at 18, the drums; and at 22, the saxophone. I am amateur at these and probably don't count for anything except for frills here and there. I suppose I'd like to jam with people just for kicks, but I'm no virtuoso at any of the above.

So, the story right now is, I used to have a reggae/hip hop band and had a project with a reggae dub/ electronica producer (which gave me radio play and not bad shows). The problem is, they were not really my thing (but I'm game with just about everything!)

I'd like to start doing that again. Looking for a semi-serious, not out for fame and fortune guys. I'm starting University this fall and I can't jam everyday, even if I wanted to.

Thank you for your comment on my 'Pink Floyd remake' Smile I'm very happy you enjoyed it!

You asked if I did different styles, and yes, I do. I'm alot more of an acoustic person than anything else. You can see my other videos for that... I really love your cover of Creep by the way Smile  Quality could be better, but the greatness of the cover itself makes up for it!
